Regal Foods Serve Up Exciting New Culinary Opportunities with State-of-the-Art Facilities at Bradford College

Regal Foods has taken its partnership with Bradford College to the next level, funding upgraded kitchen facilities that will transform the learning experience for aspiring chefs. This investment has enabled the launch of a brand-new Level 3 Professional Cooking, Patisserie, and Confectionery course, as well as the expansion of Level 2 hospitality modules, offering students a comprehensive pathway into the professional culinary world.

The funding from Regal Foods has been used to modernise existing kitchens and equip them with the latest professional-grade tools, including commercial induction hobs, baking tins, cookware, and high-performance fridges and freezers. These upgrades provide students with hands-on experience using the same equipment found in professional kitchens, helping to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations.

The new Level 3 course and enhanced Level 2 modules will deliver training across all aspects of professional cooking, including breads, doughs, pastries, and both hot and cold desserts. Students will gain the practical skills, technical knowledge, and industry insight needed to succeed in careers across the baking, catering, and wider food industries.

Junior Pastry Chef in Partnership with Bradford College

As part of our ongoing partnership and outreach engagement programme, we were delighted to support Bradford College this week with their Junior Pastry Chef classes.

Team members from our head office site presented a masterclass to students on the art of plating and dessert decoration, before having the opportunity to design and decorate their very own cheesecakes which were later served to family and friends.

The students thoroughly their time and so did we! The team were blown away by the talent showcased by the group of 14-16 year-old students and we very much look forward to continuing our partnership with Bradford College.

Regal Foods Joins Forces with Bradford College

Regal Food Products Group are thrilled to have joined forces with Bradford College to deliver a series of taster days and workshops for both students at Bradford College and students of secondary and primary education within the local area.

Three main events will take place throughout the academic year offering students the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in a variety of key areas such as cake decorating, baking and product development.

Last week the partnership got off to a flying start, students from four Bradford schools attended a fun cupcake decorating workshop based around the theme of Halloween. The results delivered from the students were fantastic!
