Business Procedure Update

In light of the current situation,
we wanted to update all of our valued customers and our great suppliers on Regal Foods’
business procedure during this time.
We are committed to continue feeding the nation, increasing our efforts & workforce during this period.

You will still be able to find all your favourite Regal products in store & online
Regal products will continue to ship out to Supermarkets & Convenience stores as our wholesale procedure remains unchanged.

We are acting in line with government guidelines with the implementation of social distancing
and hygiene with gloves and masks issued to all staff.
Hand sanitiser stations have also been installed throughout the facility and issued to our distribution teams.

In addition, we wanted to remind customers that may have issues getting to the shops that you can easily order your
favourite Regal products online from www.shopatregal.com

To increase efficiency in handling the volume of orders currently being taken,
we have suspended our Next Day Delivery option for now, however we have lowered the threshold for our
Free Delivery option which now only requires you to spend £20 in order to qualify.

We are following PHE’s (Public Health England) advice regarding sending & receiving packages which states
“That people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting COVID-19.”

We are also following the governments guidelines on staff safety.
This situation will be monitored throught the coming months but we have a plan in place to ensure both safety
and manufacturing needs can be met.

Whilst it is indeed a very unusual situation we find ourselves in, we will still be on hand to help our customers enjoy
their favourite treats and snacks.
