Regal Foods has taken its partnership with Bradford College to the next level, funding upgraded kitchen facilities that will transform the learning experience for aspiring chefs. This investment has enabled the launch of a brand-new Level 3 Professional Cooking, Patisserie, and Confectionery course, as well as the expansion of Level 2 hospitality modules, offering students a comprehensive pathway into the professional culinary world.

The funding from Regal Foods has been used to modernise existing kitchens and equip them with the latest professional-grade tools, including commercial induction hobs, baking tins, cookware, and high-performance fridges and freezers. These upgrades provide students with hands-on experience using the same equipment found in professional kitchens, helping to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations.

The new Level 3 course and enhanced Level 2 modules will deliver training across all aspects of professional cooking, including breads, doughs, pastries, and both hot and cold desserts. Students will gain the practical skills, technical knowledge, and industry insight needed to succeed in careers across the baking, catering, and wider food industries.

Faz Ali, Sales & Marketing Director of Regal Food Products Group Plc, said:
